You own the text you generate. You are responsible for checking facts, copyright and any regulated use (legal, medical, financial).

Do not abuse the APIs, scrape at scale, or attempt to bypass rate limits.

Build, Deploy and Apps features that return NOT_CONFIGURED are not live. We do not fake deployments or app store listings.

We may change free limits to keep the service available. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled in Billing.

These terms are provided in English and German for convenience; the English version prevails if they conflict.
