Deployment infrastructure status

Toolwise Deploy is not configured on this server yet. Nothing is faked: the API returns a real NOT_CONFIGURED state for deploy, status, logs and rollback until the deployment worker is live.

→ NOT_CONFIGURED (exit 11)
